About me
My name is Niklas Saers and you are welcome to read my blog. I very much appreciate comments in both the photoblog and my regular blog. I am a 26 year old Norwegian recorder student at Vestjysk Musikonservatorium and I do my Ph.D in Medialogy and teach at Aalborg University, Esbjerg. In other words, I’m a very busy guy, so feel free to email me but don’t expect an answer right away. I’ll get back to you, though.
Photo equipment & processing software
I’ve categorized the pictures according to what lenses and other equipment I’ve used together with my Canon EOS 20D. For processing I mainly use iPhoto and The GIMP, but occationally I’ll use another computer and whatever software is available there. I’m very much looking forward until f-spot matuers
Printing and copyright
Full versions are available, but if you’re going to make a print, please concider a donation. My preferred kind of donations is other kinds of art, preferrably something I can hang on my wall or a book of art. But music CDs are also great
Awards
I enter photo challenges, and every now and then my pictures will make the finals. One of my early pictures was added in the Pixos gallery.
Credits
This photoblog is powered by Wordpress. Design base was Kubrick a very long time ago, but it has had so many elements added and removed after browsing many other photoblogs. I don’t want an original theme here, I want something that everyone recognizes and can navigate in at once.
